Spensyr Ann Krebsbach is an associate of the Lomnitzer Law Firm, P.A. and practices in the areas of entertainment law, intellectual property law, and civil litigation. Ms. Krebsbach negotiates trademark and copyright licenses and assignments, film and television production agreements, music industry company and artist agreements, music licensing agreements, and music publishing and recording agreements. She also counsels clients across a variety of industries on trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, assignments, and prosecution. From startups to major companies, independent artists and creatives to those already established, Ms. Krebsbach is devoted to protecting her clients’ creative works and legal interests.
Ms. Krebsbach is licensed to practice in Florida (including its Federal District Courts), and New York. Her experience makes her a proficient negotiator where early out of court resolution is possible; and a skilled litigator and passionate advocate for her clients when litigation is necessary.
Ms. Krebsbach is a 2008 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy, and a graduate, cum laude, of Rollins College with a major in music performance.
