Allison is an associate intellectual property attorney at the Lomnitzer Law Firm. She became interested in copyright law prior to attending Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Technology, and Cybersecurity Law. During law school, Allison was an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Association where she served on the board. After law school, Allison went on to earn her post-doctoral Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
Prior to law school, Allison was an auditor in the Big 4 and an operational risk analyst in the banking services industry. The combination of skills she possesses is unique for an attorney and gives her an edge in strategizing for her clients. Allison joined Lomnitzer Law Firm from a general civil litigation practice where she handled a variety of cases including trademark infringement, property disputes, and breaches of contract.
