Jerold I. Schneider is Special Trial Counsel to the Lomnitzer Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Schneider is an experienced intellectual property attorney, litigator and frequent lecturer who serves as a mediator, arbitrator, special master, and expert witness in all aspects of intellectual property litigation. He has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property Law since 2007, he is a past chair of the Florida Bar Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee, and has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator since 2014. Mr. Schneider, a former Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, brings you the benefit of over 50 years of IP practice, the experience of over 275 IP lawsuits, many tried to a jury, and numerous successful appeals.
