Viktor is an associate of the Lomnitzer Law Firm P.A. and practices in the areas of intellectual property law, entertainment and sports law, and general civil litigation.Viktor is a fervent litigator and negotiator devoted to achieving the best results for his clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. Prior to joining the Lomnitzer Law Firm, Viktor handled a wide variety of cases involving trademark infringement, dilution, and counterfeit, breaches of contract, employment disputes, and personal injury. Viktor also has experience in drafting influencer endorsement agreements, athlete contracts, operating agreements, white label agreements, intellectual property assignments, privacy policies, and terms of service.
Originally born in Ukraine, Viktor first moved to the United States of America at a young age. Viktor went on to attend the University of Central Florida, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Russian Studies. Viktor earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law where he served as President of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society and competed in several national contract negotiation competitions.
